A note from Celeste Graves, Tai Chi Instructor:
Now that our Beginners Tai Chi has been zooming together for three
months or so, we have completed the Restorative Tai Chi Form and are
continuing to practice it each week, as well as learning a new, more
challenging form, Tai Chi for Energy. With these two practices we are
touching into three different styles, Sun, Yang, and Chen. New
participants are always welcome, and as the instructor, I strive to
include all levels of experience in our mornings of Qigong Warm Up/Wake
Upsand our tai chi forms.
